Hunt Country Celebrations elects their next president for the 2006-2008 term.

Don A. Harper, award-winning photographer at The Edge Photography Studio in Leesburg Virginia has been elected president of Hunt Country Celebrations. Mr. Harper, also a founding member of Shenandoah Wedding Professionals, will serve as president-elect of the association during the two-year 2006-2008 term.

Founded in 1998, Hunt Country Celebrations is the largest local event driven organization with a membership of more than 40 local businesses. Their goal is to ensure clients will receive the best services in an ethical environment and promote Virginia Hunt Country as a destination for weddings and other events.

HCC members adhere to a Code of Ethics. The HCC mission is to maintain and enhance the quality of services to the Wedding and Special Event Industries, for the benefit of members and the public; to encourage greater responsibility to the community; to increase communications and integrity among our members; and to connect, develop resources, and gain inspiration in an environment of mutual support and comradery.
